Highly recommend Premier Roofing. Dave came to my home on the same day I placed a call regarding a leak from my ceiling. He did a thorough evaluation of the problem on the roof, and provided a fair estimate within a day. Dave placed a tarp on the chimney/roof area of concern, which kept water from coming in until the leak could be repaired. The work was completed by George and Kyle when the weather permitted and they did a wonderful job. They were courteous and attentive to clean up. We've had a lot of rain since the job was completed, and I'm thrilled to report NO LEAKS! Communication with Dave is superb! He answered all of my questions and put my concerns at ease. Ryan and his staff at Premier are on top of their game. Attention to detail, great communication and fixing the multiple problems that our roof had was a breeze for their staff. The install team, lead by Rick, was very professional and communicated to us throughout the whole process. If you are in West Michigan and need a roof or anything on the exterior of your house I would call Premier.

Working with Premier Roofing was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everything was so smooth and I just answered questions they did all the work even insurance things. A whole roof was put on our house in like 9 hours and cleanup was exceptional. Thank you so much to Mike who got us started, to Kyle and his crew who got us through to the end. We love our new roof.

After our first roofing company basically ghosted us, and getting the run around from our insurance company. We FINALLY got our roof done. Premier replaced our siding. Josh Bell helped us design the new siding and his install team did a great job replacing our siding, despite weather delays. They answered all our questions, as did Josh before, during and after installation. I would definitely call Premier again and recommend them. In fact we did recommend them to a neighbor.

After a terrible storm in our area, Jim Kelly came out the next day to inspect the damages to our roof. He was attentive and detailed and provided everything directly to our insurance agent for a quick turn around and approval! The install was scheduled and the crew came and did an amazing job in just one day. The quality inspection came back great and the follow up from Jim's team was impeccable! I'm very happy with my new roof. Before the sale Austin explained everything in detail. He even fixed a piece of loose siding -- no charge. There were a few delays due to weather but the project manager kept me informed about the updated schedule. The day of the project the crew arrived and worked quickly to strip and shingle the roof. The project manager kept me informed about progress and which wood boards they replaced. The final cleanup was also great. I'm happy with everything they did and recommend Premier for anyone who needs a new roof.

Absolutely amazing experience with Premier! We had a tree fall on our home and had to have the whole roof replaced. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the whole process so easy. The roof looks incredible and Jorge's team did a fantastic job and were so friendly and nice. I was worried about our puppy getting scared with the noise so the team kept me up-to-date through the whole process and let me know well in advance when they were going to be here. My husband and I are both impressed and grateful we chose such a good company to do our roof. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Very thorough in explanation to a first time home owner, made sure I understood what it would cost, how things could change, and what the process would look like start to finish.
