He said that any damage was very minimal and that my shingles were in good shape and that I really didn't need a new roof at this time. He also repaired the collar around my electrical wires at no charge. He was very professional and friendly. Most of all I appreciate his honesty.

Jim from Premier was a pleasure to work with on our recent roof replacement. Even though we are located an hour and a half away from West Michigan, Jim quickly responded to our request for a roof quote. After agreeing to quoted price, Jim was able to give us an estimate as to when to expect the install. The actual installation came quicker than expected and occurred while we were on vacation. I returned home to a new roof with very little evidence of the crew having been there. The quality of installation and attention to detail with everything from stocking the roof to clean up was impressive. I HIGHLY recommend Jim Kelly and Premier Roofing and Exteriors for any roofing needs.

This company is fantastic. We experienced hail damage on our home and used Premier Roofing. Very professional and they did a wonderful job. They were easy to get ahold of with questions and were thorough with their explanations of what I should expect. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too! My lawn and driveway are cleaner now than when they came! I havent found a single piece of debris or nail. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have any type of roof work done.

I loved working with Premier, and especially Austin Smoes of Grandville, Michigan. My home required a new roof and gutters after the April 2023 hail storm and Premier worked with me and my insurance company, making it easy to navigate the entire claim. They communicated with me every step of the way, from start date, to delivery (and removal) of the dumpster, and so on. All the workers were very respectful of my property and once the job was completed, they went through my yard with a magnet to make sure no stray nails were left; since I have dogs, this was super appreciated! They did a re-inspection to make sure that all was well, and continued to follow and advise to full completion. Their warranty is incredible, and even transfers to new owner if I sell. The only problem I have is I won't have an opportunity to interact with them again as I am confident this roof will be around for at least a couple of decades! Darcy W.

I actually got an email response back that night from Ryan. Not only did he respond he said he could come out the next day, a Sunday no less and put a patch on it for me.

Premier did a roof repair to hold us until the winter weather cleared. This spring they came back and replaced our whole roof and 5 skylights that we had. They did it so fast. It was beautiful. They kept the yard and pool area very clean. They were receptive to the questions we had during the process and kept us into the loop as more water damage was found as the work was being completed. Joshua Homrich was our representative we appreciate his kindness, quick responses, and professionalism. Joshua also was the one to guide us to updating the skylights at the same time, as had he not encouraged us to do that we may not have even thought about doing that. However, it was the right decision based on the number of years they had currently been seated. He quickly responded to our last minute decision to replace gutters with new covered style since they were already doing the roof anyway. We are glad Premier Roofing came and updated our roof, skylights, and subcontracted updated gutters.

Clayton and the crew showed up on time and had the roof removed, new roof installed and all cleaned up the same day, that included shoveling the snow off before they could get started. We are very happy with the job done and would use Premier again without hesitation.

Dana Spencer helped fix a leaky gasket on my roof at no charge! It was a pleasant surprise, because I expected to pay a bunch. Rain water would pour into the top of my kitchen window every time it rained, but now it is dry inside my home. Dana also gave me an honest opinion on how much longer my roof would last, how much it would potentially cost, and what depletion to look for in the future.
