Was told by a different roofing company out of Troy, MI that my insurance company would not work with them yet when I spoke to Mike Horton at Premier, he worked with my insurance company with no issues. Both Mike and Dave Gater were great with communication thru the entire process. The roofing crew was very friendly to my family and worked very hard to do a great job. I'd recommend Premier Roofing in a heartbeat to anyone that has roofing needs!

Valentine Roof was recommended by our handyman. The service was communicative, fast, and convenient. They came out to provide an estimate 2 days after my initial call, gave me a very reasonable estimate, provided supporting picture evidence and scheduled the follow-on work within 2 weeks of deposit payment. When the roofer was unable to come out on the day agreed upon, they communicated with us in advance to ensure it was okay. Then the roofer came out and finished within 4 hours, multiple roof repairs and seals. It was amazing. They also took photos and sent them to me to ensure I was happy with the work. Thank you Valentine Roofing, you are my go-to roofers in the future.

Ever since we had our roof replaced by Valentine Roofing, we have been very pleased. Recently, I needed some repair work done on our roof vents. Shortly after sending a general email to the to request an inspection, I heard back from Courtney who is a fantastic representative for their company. She scheduled one of their roofing experts, a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable man, named Tristan to come out and see what needed to be done. He carefully inspected the situation and said that they would be back as soon as parts arrived. In less than a week the repairs were completed by Tristan and thank goodness as it was certainly appreciated during the brief hot spell we just had. I don't do a lot of reviews but Valentine Roofing and these two great representatives for them certainly deserve 5 stars!

Valentine installed my new metal roof during VERY tumultuous November weather. Their project manager, site foreman, and crew were all top notch, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. Eddie, the project manager, contacted me every morning with a status update, and I was particularly impressed with Valentine's site foreman, Jose, who ensured the smooth and timely progress of the job in spite of many days of heavy rain. The old roof was in very bad shape, which necessitated replacement of the roof deck; Jose was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and explaining construction methods and rationale: in places where shingles and fascia had to be removed, everything was redone perfectly. Valentine's crew was extremely hard working & efficient; daily site cleanup was done thoroughly; and old roofing materials & other construction debris were removed promptly upon the job's completion. I am absolutely THRILLED with my new roof --it is gorgeous--and I highly recommend Valentine Roofing!

Love everything about my new roof starting with the bidding process. Cody came out, went up on the roof, got in the back of his van where he had a little office complete with computer and printer. He printed out a computer generated scan of my roof, made me up a bid right there on the spot. It came with samples of all the different products they would be using. I have a complicated roof, with a lot of different pitches and valleys. The entire back side is such a low pitch it is considered flat roof.

Mike Horton was extremely professional and honest during his assessment and throughout the entire project. Because of his knowledge in multiple exterior areas, we decided to expand our project and are thrilled we did! From the initial quote, through the end of installation, we engaged with a project team focused on excellent craftsmanship & the desire to make us happy as homeowners. We have had a couple mysterious leaks in our ranch style house that went all the way to the basement. The first one was about a tablespoon of water and some stains on the ceiling, and the second one was a couple quarts of water that gushed right through a light fixture that was on at the time. Joshua Homrich has come out twice for small repairs and hasn't charged us a thing. I know where to go when we need a completely new roof! Thank you, Joshua!

Dealing with insurance is never a great experience, but with the help I received from Premier, it went better than I expected. They started and finished my entire roof in very acceptable time, in my opinion. Working with David DeVries was great for the whole experience that lasted for months because insurance was involved. If I have to replace my roof in the home I'm moving to, I'll be calling Premier Roofing & Exteriors.

He was always there when we had questions. He was always timely with his responses. His customer service was exemplary. In addition, the members of his work crew were uniformly polite and diligent. I would 150% recommend their business to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement. I have not seen this level of customer service or support in a very long time.

I got estimates from other roofing companies but they only offered 1 choice of shingle "not the one we wanted.", no warranty, and was more expensive.
