Joshua was excellent. We called premier to come inspect our roof fully anticipated that we would need a full tear off and replacement. There was a very small drip in the garage when it would rain. They were able to get someone out within a a week to look at it. Joshua came out and did an inspection. While up there he noted that there was a couple nails that had popped through the shingles in the exact spot where it would drip. He caulked them and found a few more that he caulked while up there. Since then I have been waiting for the rain. Well its been raining all week and not a single drop has come in the garage. The best part is the repair cost me nothing! Im so impressed. You dont find this type of service everywhere ( barely anywhere these days). I will definitely be using Premier in the next 1-2 years for a complete roof replacement. Thank you Joshua.

Very happy with Mike and his team. Roof was damaged by hail and Premiere was out within a day to provide an estimate and started working with insurance right away. Roof replacement was taken care of in less then one day and we were given good communication when we could expect deliveries and dumpsters to show up to ensure we could plan on having an avaliable driveway. Mortgage company delayed the insurance payment signing by a few months since they are out of state but Priemere was patient with us and was available if needed to help release the funds which we were very appreciative of. They take care to ensure quality even though the gutters went on before the new shingles they paid special attention to ensure no damage occurred during tear-off. Will definetly recommend to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement.

Premier worked seamlessly with our insurance, and helped make this often confusing and frustrating process so much simpler. I highly recommend Premier Roofing & Exteriors to anyone with damage to their home after a storm or merely to upgrade their home's curb appeal. I experienced extensive damage to my roof & siding after the hail storm in April 2023 and experienced first-hand their professionalism, expertise & industry knowledge. Premier far exceeded their "competition" in every aspect, in my opinion. Because I work from home, I witnessed many homes in my neighborhood getting their homes repaired and how some companies varied greatly in performance of the crews, delivery of product(s) & speed of clean up after the job was done (or lack thereof), etc. ,and Premier was on point. From my salesman, Mike Horton, who worked diligently with me & my claims adjuster, guided me through product options and my selections, he always kept me informed & went to bat for me on the extent of damage to be sure I got the proper amount of claims dollars. Both Pat Cisler & Wayne M. for their fantastic level of customer service throughout my project and were always ready with a smile & answers to my many questions, to the sub-contractors working on my roof (Celso & crew) gutters (Dakota & Justin at Alloy), siding crew (Celso & team), and the replacement window crew. Luis V, painter & "jack of all trades" is happy all the time and really did a nice job, too. Everyone was personable, professional and I felt at ease with everyone coming to & inside of my home. Very respectful of my property and special requests, which was very important to me! They were not only receptive to them but also documented them thoroughly so that every team/crew coming to my address was made aware. Price came in a tiny bit higher than a couple others but went with Premeir because Joshua explained everything well and was not pushy whatsoever like the other companies! Materials were delivered on a Wednesday. They started on the roof the next day ahead of schedule. Started at 7am and were wrapping up by time I came home from work around 2 (tear off and shingled)! Very pleased with the entire process and end results!
He went above and beyond for us

In May of this year I had wind damage to my roof. The next day I found parts of shingles and whole shingles on the ground by my house. I noticed Premier Roofing doing my neighbors roof the year before and was very impressed with the job they did. They said they had several estimates and Premier was the best. I asked for their phone number and Josh Bell contacted me the next day. After explaining that the wind damage might be covered by my home insurance since the shingles were 4 tab and not made anymore, he worked with me and my insurance adjuster to assess the damage, and it was covered by my insurance. The adjuster noted that Josh and Premier have a great reputation for honesty with insurance claims, so there was a trust factor already there. Josh picked a color of shingle that was an update in color and style at no extra cost with a great guarantee.They dropped off samples to review and were very knowledgeable about color. Rick from Premier scheduled me for the job a few weeks later and we were on our way to a new roof. The crew from Premier was FANTASTIC. Very hard working and very polite. They were very careful to protect our house, landscaping and driveway. The quality of their work was excellent and the cleanup was just as great!!! It was like they were never at my home but now we have a new roof.
