Premiers pricing was competitive and they won my business because of their quick responses during my selection of materials, and willingness to meet multiple times. They replaced our front siding and gutters along with the roof; all three crews were professional, prompt and thorough. I also want to give them high marks for communication throughout the process, and for cleanup after they were done. I highly recommend them.

I had found a local roofing company off of the BBB after a recent hail storm. They messaged me they would come out and take a look. Never heard back from them after 2 weeks, so I contacted premier. Jared called after hours to setup a time to come out and take a look. Which worked with my work schedule. He never rushed out the door and always took his time to answer my questions and emails when they arose. He walked me through the process and what to expect and how to handle it. He truly went the extra mile, considering there are so many houses in my area that have been impacted and never treated my house like another number or job. He kept in touch from the time I signed the contract until the day the materials were dropped off. My husband stayed home the day of repairs and he couldnt say enough good things. How they wanted to make things fit and make sure every nail was picked up. There has been so much communication, especially for someone who wants to be in the know of what is happening. Premier has been there the whole time and guided us throughout the process. Even when I stared and sat in awe at my own roof. Thank you Premier for everything! You guys truly are the best!!!

We needed gutters on our new build as soon as possible, and Austin came out quickly and helped us get it planned and done. They did everything well, explained what they would do thoroughly, gave us a great gave us a great price, and got it done in only a couple hours. They even had someone come out and check the install was done properly and if we had any concerns (which we didnt). My fianc and I are very pleased with how professional they were and how quickly they got to our home. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get gutters installed.

We were informed of the days they would be working on our individual units and they kept to their schedule. Tim, the PM, was particularly gracious as he helped me get to and from my car that was parked in the guest parking area as he recognized that waking was challenging for me. That's above and beyond.

If I had a question he was very responsive and professional. The installation was done in a day and the installers didnt leave a trace that they had even been there. Id recommend Premier to anyone with their roofing needs!!

Our sales rep was professional and accommodating to attend meetings not only with our family to review color selections for repairs, but also met directly with our insurance adjuster. The repair crew respected our property and cleaned up all nails and debris. We had two detached structures as well as our home reroofed with gutter replacement and everything looks beautiful. Landscape was not damaged either. From sale, to contract signing, to installation the entire process was professionally administered. I highly recommend this roofing company.

My fianc and I were looking to get a new roof for our home and after seeing the great job they did for our next door neighbor, it was a no-brainer. Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and assured me that the build team would do a great job and they did not disappoint. The crew showed up bright and early and were able to get a complete tear down and new roof installed by 2pm, impressive! The project manager Clay kept me updated throughout the day with progress and any issues that came up which was super appreciated. They were promt and efficient in fixing the damage and took every precaution to keep our landscaping and lawn free from damage and debris.
