Highly recommend Premier Roofing. Dave came to my home on the same day I placed a call regarding a leak from my ceiling. He did a thorough evaluation of the problem on the roof, and provided a fair estimate within a day. Dave placed a tarp on the chimney/roof area of concern, which kept water from coming in until the leak could be repaired. The work was completed by George and Kyle when the weather permitted and they did a wonderful job. They were courteous and attentive to clean up. We've had a lot of rain since the job was completed, and I'm thrilled to report NO LEAKS! Communication with Dave is superb! He answered all of my questions and put my concerns at ease. Valentine installed my new metal roof during VERY tumultuous November weather. Their project manager, site foreman, and crew were all top notch, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. Eddie, the project manager, contacted me every morning with a status update, and I was particularly impressed with Valentine's site foreman, Jose, who ensured the smooth and timely progress of the job in spite of many days of heavy rain. The old roof was in very bad shape, which necessitated replacement of the roof deck; Jose was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and explaining construction methods and rationale: in places where shingles and fascia had to be removed, everything was redone perfectly. Valentine's crew was extremely hard working & efficient; daily site cleanup was done thoroughly; and old roofing materials & other construction debris were removed promptly upon the job's completion. I am absolutely THRILLED with my new roof --it is gorgeous--and I highly recommend Valentine Roofing!

Love everything about my new roof starting with the bidding process. Cody came out, went up on the roof, got in the back of his van where he had a little office complete with computer and printer. He printed out a computer generated scan of my roof, made me up a bid right there on the spot. It came with samples of all the different products they would be using. I have a complicated roof, with a lot of different pitches and valleys. The entire back side is such a low pitch it is considered flat roof.

We have had a couple mysterious leaks in our ranch style house that went all the way to the basement. The first one was about a tablespoon of water and some stains on the ceiling, and the second one was a couple quarts of water that gushed right through a light fixture that was on at the time. Joshua Homrich has come out twice for small repairs and hasn't charged us a thing. I know where to go when we need a completely new roof! Thank you, Joshua!
